Why MEDEXPO Kenya and why East Africa

MEDEXPO Kenya is organized by Expogroup as the international medical and healthcare trade exhibition for the East African market, bringing together manufacturers, importers, hospitals and distributors under one roof. Nairobi serves as a regional trade and logistics hub, and the event draws professional buyers from Kenya and neighbouring countries who attend with clear purchasing goals.

Across the region, hospital expansion, clinic development and continued investment in healthcare keep demand for equipment strong, while a large share of medical devices is imported. For a local distributor, the show is an efficient way to add a complete, factory-backed product range from a single source, rather than assembling many suppliers. For BMV as a manufacturer, it is a direct route to the distributors and purchasing decision-makers who specify equipment, and a practical setting to build a long-term regional partnership.

What a co-exhibit partner receives

  • A clear regional arrangement, with territory and channel terms agreed in writing, so the partner can invest with confidence.
  • Exhibition assistance and partial sponsorship, toward the shared booth and display, together with demo units and marketing materials.
  • Product and applications training, including on-site technical support and documentation for registration.
  • A full-line catalog, from ultrasound and monitoring to IVD, DR, CT, endoscopy and surgical energy under one supplier.
  • OEM, ODM and white-label options, with the partner’s own branding, software language and packaging.
  • Joint lead follow-up, with shared enquiries at the show and reliable after-sales and supply support afterward.

What BMV will showcase at MEDEXPO Kenya 2027

Wireless handheld ultrasound (SonoMaxx MX series)

The MX series are fully wireless, pocket-sized ultrasound scanners that connect to a phone or tablet over Wi-Fi, making them well suited to point-of-care and bedside exams, emergency and patient transport, mobile clinics and community outreach where a fixed system is not practical. The range includes the MX9 Pro, the MX9 EXP with a detachable probe, the MX6 H and the MX6 Flex with a multi-probe matrix, covering convex, linear and phased-array applications.

Premium color Doppler ultrasound (BPU & PT series)

For hospitals and imaging departments, the BPU and PT series offer cart-based, portable, laptop and touch-screen color Doppler platforms, with 64-channel systems for cardiovascular, obstetric and abdominal diagnosis. Models include the BPU100 and BPU60C Pro trolleys, the BPU70 Elite laptop, and the PT50C, PT15 and PT25 touch-screen units, whose foldable designs adapt well to ICU and emergency rapid scanning.

Multi-parameter patient monitoring (VueSign N series)

The VueSign N series are multi-parameter patient monitors with a lightweight, modular plug-in design and touch screens, covering ECG, respiration, SpO2, NIBP, temperature and other vital signs. The range includes the N11, N19, N15, N12 and N6, and selected models support NMT, BIS, respiratory mechanics and rSO2 modules for ward, ICU and anesthesia monitoring.

Using semiconductor laser flow cytometry, the five-part hematology systems deliver white-cell differentials and rapid metabolic panels, described as a five-minute golden lab that suits both hospitals and smaller laboratories.

Battery-powered and wireless options support field, community and emergency use where power and infrastructure are limited.
